We accept SnapScan – a secure payment method for Visa and MasterCard payments via your cellphone – and bank deposits via an EFT payment. (Please note that products will only be shipped once the funds reflect in our bank account.)
We try to keep you up to date at every step of the process, with e-mail notifications. After you’ve placed an order and we’ve confirmed payment, we neatly package your gift and hand it over to our courier provider; we’ll also provide you with a tracking number.
We charge a flat fee of R99 per order for nationwide delivery – from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and all areas in between.
We ship all order the day after receiving confirmation of payment and will provide you with a tracking number. Since we outsource this function, we cannot guarantee delivery time, however, our provider endeavours to deliver all parcels within 2 – 3 business days in all major cities and 3 – 5 business days for outlying areas.
We’ll gladly refund any item (other than consumables) in its original condition within 7 days. However, please note that return shipping for any items will be at your own expense.
