We accept SnapScan – a secure payment method for Visa and MasterCard payments via your cellphone – and bank deposits via an EFT* payment.
*Please note that products will not be shipped until EFT payment has reflected in our bank account.
We try to keep you up to date at every step of the process, with e-mail notifications. After you’ve placed and order and we’ve confirmed payment, we neatly package your gift and hand it over to our courier provider; we’ll also provide you with a tracking number.
We charge a flat fee of R70 for nationwide delivery – from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and all areas in between.
We ship all order the day after receiving confirmation of payment and will provide you with a tracking number. Since we outsource this function, we cannot guarantee delivery time, however, our provider endeavours to deliver all parcels within 2 – 3 business days.
